In many ways, the Mellotron was the original sampler.

Long before drag-and-drop libraries and infinite undo, it captured the world in fragments of brief musical performances imprinted onto strips of magnetic tape. 

Each key held a memory. 

Each note carried the fingerprints of the original player.

The Mellotron sought feeling, not perfection.
Its imperfections became its language.

Mellotron Moments vol1 follows that philosophy.

Each sound began as a carefully chosen performance or texture, selected specifically for how it would change once it touched tape:

Every sound was intentionally processed, and then passed through Arturia Mellotron V and allowed to become something new - softened, warped, coloured, and quietly transformed.

These are not pristine recreations.
They are imperfect memories, preserved as tape knows how.
